About Us
Stand Against Suicide CIC was set up to raise awareness of suicide prevention across the United Kingdom, and to support those who may feel suicidal or those who are living in the aftermath of suicide.
We will do this by supporting external organisations across the UK that offer services in suicide prevention, support for those who are suicidal and those bereaved by suicide.
To raise revenue and awareness we will run events ourselves. We will also work with members of the public across the UK to run their own events.
Some of the revenue raised from these events will be given to external organisations in the form of grants or donations.
We are a new start-up and we hope to run our first events soon.
We ourselves are not an advice and support service, therefore we are unable to offer advice and support at this time, however we do plan to have our own 24/7 free text support helpline.
